City of Columbia’s Climate Protection Action Council (CPAC)
Dr. Lori Ziolkowski and Bob Petrulis will share how this inclusive citizen/government
advisory council is organized and works on climate planning with the City.
CPAC can serve as a model for other governing bodies and all constituents.
